As the eldest son of Jeremy and Lisa, Hudson is a Bucknell University alum with a degree in Environmental Engineering – a product of hard work, determination, and lots of coffee. Now local to Boston, he loves spending time outside while enjoying all the city has to offer. We have Hudson to thank for our incredible merch and for keeping Eight Sisters running smoothly! 

Coffee Taster, Flavor Creator

Ethan is the middle child, so naturally loves tormenting his siblings with his sense of humor. A recent grad of The Culinary Institute of America, he’s following in his parents footsteps in the food and beverage industry, using coffee as fuel to keep him going. Given his refined taste buds, Ethan is in charge of tasting and developing the new flavors and blends you enjoy at Eight Sisters.

Social Media Manager, Coffee Skeptic

Sophia may be the youngest, but she’s not one to shy away from keeping up with her older brothers. An avid hockey and softball player, she loves doing what teenagers do best: spending time with her friends. Though not a current fan of coffee, she’s happy to post pictures for us and share our family’s story.

Mom, CEO, Barista, Dog Walker

Lisa is our fearless leader and the ultimate multitasker, keeping the business and the family running like clockwork. She’s the team’s early bird, starting the first pots of coffee for the day and enjoying some well-deserved moments of peace while reading the paper and hanging out with our four-legged team member, Ryder.

A connoisseur of the restaurant industry, Jeremy has spent a lifetime mastering the line and appreciating the vital role a perfect cup of coffee plays in it. When he’s not searing fish in the kitchen, you’ll find him out on the water, on the green (playing what he calls "bad golf"), or adding to his collection of hoodies: the Jeremy “uniform”.

Eater of Treats, Human Foot Support 

Our family Golden Retriever never forgets to bark if we sleep past her breakfast time and a good cup of coffee is always a good idea before her morning walk. Her most impressive quality to date: she’s never let a squirrel steal anything from the yard.
